ISABELLA KRON | INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY TIMEPIECES

 
I. One-year Limited Warranty

Congratulations on your new ISABELLA KRON® timepiece! This timepiece is warranted by Isabella Kron Design, LLC, for one (1) year from the purchase date. This warranty covers some materials and covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for this warranty to be effective. Each ISABELLA KRON® timepiece includes a warranty card. The warranty card must be completed, dated, and stamped by an authorized ISABELLA KRON® retailer.

This warranty does not affect any rights you have against the seller.

ALL APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE GIVEN TO YOU BY LAW ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ISABELLA KRON DESIGN, LLC, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such case, the limitations or exclusions of this warranty will not apply.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, jurisdiction to jurisdiction, or country to country.

II. Coverage


This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the timepiece movement, hands, and dial.


Such manufacturing defects observed upon delivery or under normal use during the warranty period will be repaired free of component and labor charges.


If your timepiece cannot be repaired, Isabella Kron Design, LLC, will provide a replacement but cannot guarantee you will receive the same model timepiece. If your timepiece model is not available, a timepiece of equal value and similar style will be provided. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Isabella Kron Design, LLC.


If a replacement timepiece is provided under this warranty, the warranty on the replacement timepiece ends one (1) year from the date you receive the replacement timepiece.


ISABELLA KRON DESIGN, LLC’S, OBLIGATION IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY.


III. Exceptions


This warranty does not cover the following:

1. The life of the battery;

2. Normal wear and tear and aging;

3. Scratched crystal;

4. Defects of textile, rubber, resin, acetate, silicone, ceramic, hook-and-loop closure, and/or leather straps;

5. Peeling of metal plating or lacquers;

6. Any damage on any part of the timepiece resulting from abuse, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), improper use of the timepiece, and non-observance of the use directions provided by Isabella Kron Design, LLC;

7. Water seal; and

8. Any damage due to improper use or non-observance of the use directions provided by Isabella Kron Design, LLC.

9. This Warranty does not cover timepieces serviced or repaired by non-authorized individuals or entities. Repair or service includes opening the watch head casing and battery replacement. IKD and its owner and employees are authorized.

IV. Independent Sellers’ Warranties


Authorized ISABELLA KRON® sellers may have their own warranty that is separate from and in addition to this warranty. Isabella Kron Design, LLC, is not responsible for any independent sellers’ warranties.


V. Service Requests

Please contact an authorized ISABELLA KRON® retailer for all replacement, repair, and service.

You must contact our customer service department at [INFO@ISABELLAKRON.COM] and provide proof of purchase from an authorized retailer by providing your warranty card information.

VI. Non-warranty Service and Maintenance


Any service, maintenance, repair, or part replacement made by a non-authorized provider or retailer voids this warranty.


If the warranty period has expired, you may still submit a maintenance or service request at any authorized ISABELLA KRON® retailer for battery and part replacement or for repairs at your expense.


Please have worn-out batteries replaced as soon as possible to reduce the risk of leakage and damage to the timepiece movement.
